AC509: Naldi Pen Display Box, boxed.

A really beautiful 20-pen display box by the Italian maker Naldi.  This box is still in pristine condition with no damage on it at all.  Made from a lovely burl wood, the lid has a bevelled glass cut-out so you can see the top tray of pens without opening the box.  There is a button fastener at the front.  The top tray lifts off and there is another tray underneath.  Both trays will hold up to 10 pens each.  This beautiful quality box is presented in its original packaging.  I understand from the original owner that he purchased this box in Harrod's in Knightsbridge some years ago, and at the time they were over £1000.00 per box.
