CS248: Conway Stewart No. 75

A very attractive glossy black Conway 75 in excellent condition with no damage at all that I can find.  The cap has a chrome plated conical top button that holds on the chrome plated "CS" monogrammed pocket clip.  This one has the diamond-shaped end.  There is also a chrome plated cap band.  The filling lever is also chrome plated and has the "CS" monogram within a diamond imprinted onto the circular end tab.  There is no plating wear ot any of the trim.  The barrel imprint is in very good condition - still crisp and clear, but I have seen deeper ones.  The nib is  Conway Stewart No. 3  in 14 carat gold in a medium point.

I have fully serviced this pen.  The nib is very smooth and has some really nice "give" and spring.  It produces just al ittle bit of understated line width variation when used with normal writing pressure.
