CS607: Conway Stewart Raleigh, boxed.
Date: c2000s
Size: Capped - 5 1/2 inches, posted - 7 1/8 inches.
A beautiful Raleigh fountain pen in the very dignified Dartmoor finish. This
pen is still in near pristine condition. It has probably been used a few times, but you wouldn't know it by looking at it. It is part of a consignment from a collector who has decided to rationalise his collection, and this is one of the items that I am selling for him. As such,
it is basically a brand new pen with its
original box and warranty. This pen has a very unusual stepped cap top with no less than four 18 carat gold bands at the cap lip. The pocket clip is gold plated and has the CS logo at the shoulder inside a diamond shaped cartuoche. The terminal is also diamond shaped. The end of the barrel also has the stepped finish, with two more gold bands. The 18 carat gold nib fitted on this pen is a medium but I can change this for any width nib you prefer. This is a cartridge/converter
filled pen. It already has its original ink converter fitted, but if you prefer you can use the standard international sized ink cartridges instead.
A beautiful and imposing pen.
