Line D was imagined by S.T. Dupont as one masculine and traditional line with generous and established proportions. The curved and harmonious form of the cap combined with the smooth lines of the barrel provides a simple, timeless elegance. Elegance, noble materials, quality and tradition are the values expressed by this line of writing instruments. Crafted from metal, the weight of Line D pens is just right, providing reassurance when handled: “The weight of excellence”.
The legends of the West continue to inspire thanks to the frontier morality of the American pioneers. It also depicts the White Hat versus Black hat, good against evil. The attraction for wide open space, the western saloon decorated with minute engravings inherited from the Neoclassic style, so many strong codes that inspired the new limited edition of the House S.T. Dupont: Conquest of the Wild West.
The barrel is made from black lacquer with meteor dust. The cap is palladium plated and decorated with fine and intricate relief work depicting four revolvers.
