LL028: Life-Long Sterling Silver Pencil.

A really beautiful Sterling silver pencil.  This is in excellent condition with no dings or noticeable scratches.  I can see no significant damage on this pencil at all.   You twist the top knob to extend and retract the 1.1mm lead.  The knob also bears the pencil's imprint which is still good and clear and deep.  The barrel is circular in cross-section  and has panels of chasing around the circumference alternating between the barleycorn pattern and a squiggly line pattern.  The point looks to be chrome plated.   The  crown does unscrew for access to the spare lead hopper, although there are no spare leads at present.  I have installed a fresh 1.1mm lead into the pencil so it is all ready to go.

I have fully serviced this pencil.  As far as I can see it is nearly as good as new!
