Top quality Italian leather journals filled with acid-free paper. We have tested these will all manner of pens and inks and the paper behaves impeccably. The paper is plenty thick enough to write on both sides, and we have found no bleeding, bobbling, or any other problems with it. At last, a quality journal that we can fully recommend. Andy's Pens have commissioned these journals from Lo Scrittoio in Italy, and they are made to our very own specification.
This notebook measures approximately 9cm by 13cm, and is a hard-backed journal with a traditional ridged spine. It is approx. 20mm thick. The lovely cream coloured handmade paper is stitch bound and consists of 120 leaves, or 240 sides. It is plain with no line markings. The leather covers the spine and reinforces the corners of the journal, whilst the front and back surfaces are covered in a traditional hand-marbled paper. The journals are just beautiful to look at and to own.
