A very pretty slim Chinese pen.  Although unboxed, this pen is new old-stock, and has never been used.  Needless the say there is no damage on this pen.  Both barrel and cap are metal based, giving this pen a very good weight - not too heavy and not too light.  The metal has been lacquered in a deep blue colour, and a floral decoration has been applied over that.  The cap has a wide gold plated band at the top, with a rubust and wide gold plated pocket clip imprinted OUGUWEN down the stem.  The barrel bears the manufacturer's name and model number as well as the floral pattern, and some other script.  At the forward end is a wide checker-design gold plated band.  The section is in polished metal, and the nib is partly gold plated, and again bears the maker's name.  This is a cartridge/converter pen.  You unscrew the barrel to fit wither a standard international size cartridge or you can use the original standard ink converter that is already fitted.
