SW497: Fyne Poynt Pencil.

A beautifull jet black Fyne Poynt pencil from the mid 1930s.   This is an old-stock pencil - it is in excellent condition with no damage on it at all as far as I can see.  There is a ball-ended gold filled pocket clip on the small cap.  The cap unscrews to reveal the original and unused pink eraser, and there are several spare 1.1mm leads stored beneath.  Both cap and barrel are very glossy.  As you can see, this pencil still has the original paper label around the barrel.  All the trim is also all in excellent undamaged condition.  The barrel imprint is still crisp, clear and deep, and the gold filled cone, which is twisted to wind the leads in and out also has no brassing or other damage.

I have fully serviced this pencil and it works well and sits in the hand very nicely.
