Varuna Bamboo

The Bamboo pen has been specially hand-turned to resemble a piece of a bamboo stick. It is roughly cylindrical in shape, with a conical cap top. The pen has been designed so that the cap will post securely on the back of the barrel, giving an uninterrupted line to the pen. This is a clipless pen.

Each pen is supplied with a complimentary "Eyedropper Kit" consisting of a 3ml graduated pipette for filling, an instruction card, and a small pot of silicone grease for the barrel threads.

The Bamboo pen is available with a superior quality iridium-tipped German nib in fine, medium or broad widths. The German nibs are a screw-in unit that fits inside a custom ebonite Varuna section. It allows unparalleled flexibility in that the pen can be used with standard "international" sized ink cartridges, as standard ink converter (included), or if you still prefer the eyedropper's huge ink capacity, you can remove both cartridge and converter and use it as an eyedropper.

NEW IN I can also supply the Bamboo pen in a choice of very unusual Premium Ebonites. The Premium Ebonite colours are in limited supply, and so the choices available will change from time to time. To kick things off, I have Orange, which reminds me ver much of the colour of vintage red ebonite; and also making its debut is Black and Yellow Swirl. This is a unique colour combination that I have not seen in an ebonite before.
