This vintage-style silver plated overlay ballpoint pen was made in the 1980s by H. R. W. Fink company of Germany, who are much better known for their silver and silver plated household goods such as vases and candle holders. The pen is very well made but does have a patch of plating wear to the point, and some general wear to the black lacquer band above the point - otherwise I would say it is in excellent condition. The hourglass-shaped crown has incised line decoration to and bottom. You twist the crown to extend and retract the writing point. This pen will accept standard Parker or G2 refills, so you have a very wide choice of colour, width and mode for the refills you can sue in this pen. The point will unscrew for changing the refill. The metal overlay barrel is silver over a black background and it is decorated with silhouettes of alternating bears and bulls. Finally, the pocket clip bears the Fink logo at the shoulder and has a ball-shaped terminal.
I have fully serviced this pen. It works very well and is a rather unusual item. I have not seen one like it before. .
