Game, set and match!
The iconic model Ecridor, with its hexagonal silhouette, gives Caran d’Ache artisans free rein to display their skills in high-precision engraving. Constantly on the lookout for new guilloche motifs, they hone their talent and creativity, producing new innovating techniques. The new creation Ecridor Match Point incorporates the world of tennis, celebrating the winning point and the beauty of the player’s gesture in hitting the decisive shot. The shape of a tennis net, finely engraved by laser, is revealed on the hexagonal body of the palladiumcoated ballpoint pen. A tennis ball crowned with a wreath of laurel appears in the centre of the net, passing victoriously through the other side of the court. In one final allusion to tennis, the tip of the pen is decorated with an elegant tennis ball in relief.
With the new Ecridor Match Point model, Caran d’Ache pays homage to the talent of its ambassador, the young Swiss player Belinda Bencic, while wishing her innumerable winning match points.
