Monteverde is proud to launch three new editions to our Mountain of The World Collection. Each of the models in this collection is inspired by one of the world’s most unique mountains, celebrating the power of nature. 

Mount Vesuvio, Located on the Gulf of Naples in Italy, Vesuvio is best known for its eruption in AD 79 that destroyed the Roman city of Pompeii. Regarded as one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world due to its proximity to over 3 million people, it is the only volcano in Europe to have erupted in the last 100 years. At a current height of 4,203 feet, its distinctive cone dominates the landscape of the Campania region.
