CS976 Conway Stewart No. 12 (Soft Fine)

This is a beautiful glossy jet black celluloid No. 12. It is in excellent condition - there is no damage on it at all that I am able to spot.  The cap has a conical black top "jewel" and a long pocket clip with the "CS" cipher within a diamond cartouche at the top and another diamond at the bottom end.  There is also a single gold filled cap band.  The barrel has a fairly shallow but complete and easily read imprint opposite a short filling lever.  This has a circular end tab and "CS" within a circle imprinted on the tab  The nib, a lovely Conway Stewart No. 3N, is made from 14 carat gold and is in a medium point.   

I have fully serviced this pen.  The nib is very smooth and lays down a really lovely wet and fine width line.  It is a soft nib and will even produce a tiny bit of line width variation for you.

A lovely slim pen in excellent condition.
