A beautiful old-stock Parker Premier Deluxe fountain pen in its original box and in pristine unused condition. This pen has a silver plated finish, with a very unusual graduated line decoration over the barrel and cap. It is not date-coded, but is probably a good 7 or 8 years old, having sat in a warehouse or store room all this time. As this pen is silver plated, it does show a tiny bit of patina, which is to be expected, but this will doubtless be easy to remove with a quick wipe of a jeweller's cloth. If you wish, I can give it a polish up before sending it out - just let me know. The cap has a silver plated pocket clip and a wide cap lip band that bears the pen's Imprint. This reads "PARKER FRANCE. The premier range always reminds me of a Parker 75 on steriods! It has the same stepped cap and barrel end tassies, and a friction-fit cap. The finger grip on this pen is also silver plated. The nib is a beautiful two-tone 18ct gold Parker with the lovely arrow engraving similar to a vintage Parker Vacumatic. It is in a medium point. Unscrewing the barrel reveals the original Parker ink converter. You can also use standard parker ink cartridges if you prefer. The box is also in excellent condition with a pale grey interior and the original instruction booklet below the pad. The white card slipcase is also present and also in great condition.
A beautiful top-range Parker Premier pen in the very up-marker silver plated finish.
