A very pretty glossy jet dark blue No. 3 Duofold pencil from I would think the late 1950s. This pencil is in excellent condition with no damage that I can see. It has all rolled gold trim, and a glossy blue cap and barrel. The cap is topped with a conical blue top jewel, which holds on the Parker arrow rolled gold pocket clip. Below, at the cap lip, is a single 'deco' engraved band. The imprint on this pen is rather shllow, but still complete and is located on the side of the barrel adjacent to the cap. This is a propel-repel pencil that works by twisting the cap. The cap also pulls off to show the original and barely used pink eraser still in its little metal cup with space to store some spare 0.9mm leads beneath. I have fitted a fresh 0.9mm lead into the mechanism so the pencil is all ready to go.
I have fully serviced this pencil. It works perfectly.
