An attractive "Flighter" model Targa ballpoint.  This pen is in very good with no dings and no noticeable surface scratches.  There is some thinning to the plating on the pocket clip, but you'll need some form of magnification to spot this.  This Targa is made from brushed textured steel.  The cap has the distinctive flat top with a black inlaid disk and a gold-plated pierced white dot pocket clip.  The design is very much inspired by 1920s flat-top pens.  This is a twist-type retractable ballpoint.  It works perfectly and is supplied with its original blue Sheaffer refill.  This seems to have dried out so if you remind me when you order I will include a fresh refill with the pen to get you started.
