A very lovely slim Lapis blue lacquer covered Eysee Concorde pen in very good condition.  I have had a good look over this pen.  It has been used and there are the usual fine micro-scratches to the surface as you would expect but it retains a good original gloss and has no other damage.  The cap has a very detailed gold plated top with the Elysee logo engraved in the top surface.  There are two "ribs" either side of this top button, and this detailing is carried on to the pocket clip, which is long and slightly coffin-shaped.  The narrow cap lip band is engraved "Elyseé" and "GERMANY".  The point is also gold plated.  This is a retractable ballpoint that works very smoothly by twisting the cap.  It is fitted with its original Elysee ballpoint refill in blue - these are standard Parker or G2 style so are still readily available. 

I have fully serviced this pen.  It works perfectly.
