CA041 Caran d'Ache 849 Original Ballpoint

A special edition Caran d'Ache ballpoint pen that came out in the early 2000s. The metal body of the 849 Original ballpoint pen undergoes a specific ageing process to ensure a raw, weathered appearance.  This example is in very good condition - it has been used, but damage is at a minimum with just a couple of minor surface scratches.  It is a slim, hexagonal pencil with a removable pocket clip and a press-button retractable mechanism.  The imprint is below the pocket clip shaft, and the push-button at the crown of the pencil also bears the Caran d'Ache name.  

I have fully serviced this pen, including fitting a fresh Goliath refill.  It works perfectly.
