This lovely English flighter fountain pen, ballpoint, and pencil set is in overall excellent condition.  The only damage I can see on any of the pieces is a single long scratch to the side of the cap on the ballpoint.  Indeed, this is the only piece that has any evidence that it has ever been used.  

Fountain Pen

The fountain pen has a chrome plated barrel end, chromed clip and chromed clutch ring.  The section is in glossy, unmarked black plastic.  The 14 carat gold nib is in a fine point and is also completely undamaged.  The barrel unscrews revealing the original Aerometric style ink converter.  Standard Parker ink cartridges can also be used.   

Ballpoint

The ballpoint also has a chromed arrow pocket clip.  It is fitted with a modern Parker refill, which is still working perfectly.  This is a retractable ballpoint - you can press down on the cap to extend and retract the writing point.  

Pencil

Looking very similar, to the ballpoint, the pencil has a chrome plated point.  It is a retractable pencil that works by twisting the cap.  The cap also pulls off to reveal an apparently unusued pink eraser.  Below the eraser are a couple of spare 0.9mm leads, and I have fitted a fresh lead into the mechanism so it is all ready to go.  

Box

The presentation case is made from black textured plastic with silver lettering and edging.  Inside, the pad is made from red satin, and the lid lining from white satin.  Below the pad is the original instruction sheet.  Also present is the white card outer slipcase, which, has some light stains and corner scuffing.  

I have fully serviced this set.  The pen fills easily and writes with a very smooth and wet fine width line.
