An attractive, bright chrome-plated Targa ballpoint pen. This pen is in very good condition with no dings and just the usual fine and wispy surface scratches that these pens will pick up with any kind of regular use. This Targa is made from a chrome-plated metal with incised straight-line chasing decoration. The cap has the distinctive flat top with a black inlaid disk and a chrome-plated pierced white dot pocket clip. The design is very much inspired by 1920s flat-top pens. This is a twist-type retractable ballpoint pen. You twist the cap to extend and retract the writing point. The cap can be pulled off to enable you to change the refill. It is currently fitted with what is probably its original Sheaffer refill which is still working very well with a consistent black line.
I have fully serviced this pencil. It works perfectly.
