This pen is in excellent and hardly used condition. I really can't see any damage on it at all - it looks almost pristine. The pen has a lovely fluted gold plate finish. There is a gold plated pocket clip and a gold plated cap top. The cap can be twisted to advance and retract the writing point. The clip has a little shoulder to it and is surmounted by the Sheaffer white dot. The cap pulls off to allow the changing of the refill. The original refill currently in the pen is working perfectly. Around the rear od the cap is the original black adhesive stock label. The box has a red leatherette covering with a pale grey interior. Beneath the pad is the original instruction sheet.
