This is a beautiful multicoloured pen with a very unusual wide barrel band.  This is an oversized pen with a very good heft.  The cap has a large tapered top button with a metal top button that is decorated with a geometric design.  This holds on the rather robust pocket clip, and below the clip are two scored lines.  At the top of the barrel is the large metal band; again, this is decorated with a geometric design of interlaced circles. The main parts of the cap and barrel are made from a beautiful multicoloured resin.    The barrel unscrews to reveal the original ink converter - you may also use standard International-sized ink cartridges if you prefer.  The pen is in near-pristine condition throughout, and I don't think it has been used more than a couple of times, if that. The large steel nib is in a broad point.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  It writes very well, producing a very nice, wet and consistent line.
