This rather uncommon pen is still in good condition.  It has a good glossy appearance, but it does have some minor surface wear over the entire pen, and much of the original gold plating has work off the pocket clip.  It is a slim pen, made, I would guess, in the 1960s.  The cap has slanted top with a gold plated top button that has "75" impressed in its upper surface.  This holds on the (originally) gold plated pocket clip.  This has a flat stem with the Osmiroid "O" at the terminal.   It has a narrow cap band, also gold plated.  The barrel bears a small imprint that is still complete and easily read.  This pen is very unusual in that it is a piston filled pen.  You twist the barrel end blind cap to operate the filling mechanism.  At the forward end of the barrel is a nice clear "window" through which you can see the ink level in the pen.  The nib is gold plated steel Italic Left-Hand Medium.  Unusually, all its gold plating is still intact.  As these nibs just screw in and out, it makes these pens very versatile as they can accept not only Osmiroid nibs, but some Burnham nibs, and nearly all the Esterbrook nibs too.  

I have fully serviced this pen. The nib is reasonably soft and will provide some line width variation as you write - this is an old fashioned "sharp" italic nib and may take a bit of getting used to if you are using it as an everyday writer and not as a calligraphy pen.
