This is a very distinctive Parker Insignia ballpoint in Grain D'Orge finish - basically a silver plated fine barleycorn pattern with gold plated trim. This pencil is in excellent condition. The pocket clip, crown, barrel band, and point are all gold plated, and I really can't see anything wrong with this one at all. The knurled crown can be pressed to "click" on the 0.5mm lead. The cap can be pulled off to reveal the original and apparently unused pink eraser with several spare 0.5mm leads below. The central girdle is also gold plated and bears the imprint "PARKER" and "INSIGNIA" along with the date code for 1994. The point is also gold plated.
I have fully serviced this pencil. It works perfectly.
