PA3749 Parker Duofold Junior, boxed (Semi-Flexible Medium)

A very attractive burgundy red Junior Duofold in excellent, hardly used condition.  There are no splits, cracks or chips and not even any noticeable scratches on either barrel or cap.  All trim is rolled gold and again has no damage.  The cap is topped with a conical burgundy "jewel" and has a washer-style arrow pocket clip and narrow "deco" engraved cap band.  The barrel imprint is complete, sharp and unusually deep and clear.  The barrel unscrews to reveal the Aerometric filler.  This is also in excellent condition - none of the usual plating wear to the sac guard.  The sac itself has the usual internal ink staining.  The nib is a shiny Parker No. 10 in 14-carat gold.  It is a medium point.  The paperboard black and white polka-dot box is in nice condition with some discolouration to the white lid.   It is very clean inside, though, and the original instruction sheet is included.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  The nib is very smooth and writes with a lovely, wet and consistent medium-width line.  The nib is semi-flexible, I would say, and will easily manage some lovely line width variation from an extra-fine to a generous medium.
