PA3792 Parker Duofold Senior Pencil.

Size: Length - 134mm.

This is the big one.  The archetypal Parker Senior Duofold pencil in the beautiful black and pearl colour Permanite.  It is absolutely huge, and still in good condition.  There is a ding in the top of the crown, and a small spot on the barrel which has discoloured slightly.  There is also some very slight plating wear to the very ends of the gold-filled point, and a couple of minor scratches to the same. The colour of the pearl and black barrel is generally excellent - the colour is still fresh and bright.  All-in-all, this pencil will probably not score too well at a concourse competition, but if you like to use your pencils, this one would make an ideal daily carry.  The gold filled crown is twisted to extend and retract the 1.1mm lead.  It also pulls off to reveal the stub of the original pink eraser.  Below the top knob is a Parker pocket clip, also gold filled, with the 1916 patent date as you would expect.  The barrel imprint is a bit faded, but just about all there "Parker Duofold / MADE IN USA".

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It works perfectly.  I have installed a fresh 1.18mm lead into the mechanism so it is all ready to go.
