A rather lovely and rather unusual Parker Arrowballpoint Flighter finish - all frosted metal barrels and caps.  The Arrow pens were the precursors to the Parker 95, which it does resemble.  The main differences are in the plain pocket clip of the Arrow, and the stepped cap top of the 95.  This pencil is in excellent condiition with just the usual very fine scratches to the frosted surface. The caphas a black top button.   The pocket is chrome plate with a very long "flight", with no feathers and a short stem with the usual Parker arrow point terminal. Around the bottom of the cap is the imprint, which includes the date code for 1981.  This is a retractable pen that works by pressing down on the top of the cap.  It is currently fitted with its original Parker refill that is working perfectly.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  

The Arrow pens seem to be very hard to find these days.  This is only the third Parker Arrow example that I have been able to offer for sale in nearly 25 years!.
