This is a rather pretty looking green Parker 17 pencil.  I really don't see many of these pencils around for some reason - it is much easier to find their matching fountain pens.  This example is in excellent condition with no damage that I have been able to find.  The cap has a green conical-ended top button that holds on the rolled gold Parker arrow pocket clip.  Near the cap lip is a rolled gold band.  The cap pulls off to reveal a barely used white eraser with a couple of spare 0.9mm leads below.  The glossy barrel has a rolled gold point.  There is a very clear and crisp imprint at the top of the barrel near to where it meets the cap.  This is a propel-repel pencil that works by twisting the cap.  I have fitted a fresh 0.9mm lead into the pencil and it is working perfectly.
