A beautiful stainless steel Sonnet pen in very good condition.  The only thing I would mention on this pen is some minor wear to the gold plating on the band adjacent to the nib, and also a little wear to the gold plating on the nib itself.  Both of these are very common with these pens, as the plating was rather thin to start with, and the humidity inside the cap rather exacerbates matters.  The cap has a gold plated tassie with a black "jewel" in the centre.  The gold plated pocket clip has the trademark "feathered" shoulder and arrow point terminal.  The imprint on the wide cap lip band states "PARKER", "SONNET", "FRANCE IIIQ". The barrel has a rounded end and unscrews to allow the fitting of a standard Parker ink cartridge, or if you prefer, you can use the original Parker ink converter, which is already fitted to the pen.  The gripping section is slightly flared at the front for a good, solid grip, and it has a very nicely decorated gold plated stainless steel nib in a fine point.  The original box is still present and still in very nice condition.  It is a very good quality, substantial box.    

I have fully serviced this pen.  It writes with a very nice wet and consistent fine width line.
