This satin blue lacquered Parker Urban seems to have been discontinued now.  This example is in excellent, and totally undamaged condition as far as I can see.  The pen has a good heft and is very well made.  It has chrome platred trim consisting of a cap top button, Parker arrow pocket clip, cap band, barrel end band and the cap clutch.  This last has the imprint in very tiny lettering, including the date code for 2007, making this quite an early example.  The cap pulls off revealing a black finger grip with a chrome plated band adjacent to the stainless steel nib, which is in a medium point.  The original plastic box has the instruction sheet tucked into the inside of the lid.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  It writes very well, producing a very smooth, wet and medium width line.
