This is a very nice example of the model Parker 21 Super pencil.  It is in lovely condition with the only damage being some very minor surface wear to the grey barrel.  The Lustraloy cap has a conical chrome plated top button with a chrome plated Parker arrow pocket clip and a polished cap lip band.  The body of the cap has a very beautiful and delicate frosting with no scratches to mar the finish.  There is an imprint at the cap lip "PARKER" with the halo and arrow symbol is repeated twice.   There is also an imprint adjacent to this one at the top of the barrel "PARKER MADE IN U.S.A.".  There is a chrome plated cone.  The cap twists to expel and repel the 0.9mm lead and pulls off to reveal the stub of the original pink eraser.  

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It works perfectly with a fresh lead installed.    This is only the third Parker 21 pencil I have had since starting the business in 2002.
