A beautiful Sheaffer Crest ballpoint pen in glossy black lacquer with a gold plated cap and trim. This penis in excellent condition; I can't see any evidence that it has actually been used! The Crfest model was designed to resemble the Sheaffer pens of the late 1940s and early 1950s. It has a "white spot" at the shoulder of the pocket clip with a gold plated cap sporting a straight line chased decoration. Around the polished cap lip is imprinted "SHEAFFER USA" and "23K GOLD ELECTROPLATE". The cap pulls off to allow the changing of the refill. IT is currently fitted with its original Sheaffer "K" refill that is working perfectly. You can twist the cap to extend and retract the writing point. The original large presentation box has a red leatherette outer and a flocked grey pad with satin lid lining. Below the pad is the original instruction booklet.
I have fully serviced this pen. It works perfectly.
