An attractive "Flighter" model Targa pencil. This pen is in excellent condition with no dings and no noticeable surface scratches or imperfections. This Targa is made from brushed textured steel. The cap has the distinctive flat top with a black inlaid disk and a gold-plated pierced white dot pocket clip. The design is very much inspired by 1920s flat-top pens. This is a twist-type mechanical pencil. You twist the cap to extend and retract the 0.9mm lead The cap can be pulled off to reveal a barely-used white eraser with a couple of spare 0.9mm leads below. I have fitted a fresh lead into the mechanism and it is working perfectly. Unusually, the original paper sales label is affixed to the rear of the cap.
