A very beautiful medium size Chartres Blue fountain pen with rhodium plated trim and a 14 carat gold rhodium-plated nib. This pen is in excellent condition, with no damage at all that I can see. Both the cap and barrel are lovely and glossy, and all the trim is bright and shiny. It is fitted with a lovely Platinum medium width nib. The cap has a high domed top with a lovely rhodium-plated pocket clip and a wide rhodium-plated girdle around the cap lip, which holds the pen's imprint. The barrel unscrews to allow the fitting of a Platinum ink cartridge or you can also use the original Platinum ink converter that is already fitted to the pen.
I dipped the nib to get the writing sample. It writes very well with a lovely wet and consistent line.
