PA3775 Parker Duofold Senior, boxed (Fine)

Size: Length Capped - 141mm; Length Posted - 163mm.

A lovely glossy burgundy Senior sized Aerometric Duofold with rolled gold trim and a Parker No. 35 nib.  The Senior Duofold was the second largest of the Aerometric Duofolds - outsized only by the Maxima Duofold.   The pen is in very good condition with just a very minor radial cap mark to the forward end of the barrel. I can find no plating wear to the trim and no other damage that I can see either.  The cap has a burgundy conical end "jewel" and a rolled gold Parker arrow pocket clip.  There is also a wide cap band - also rolled gold - that has the usual "deco" engraving.  The nib is made from 14 carat yellow gold and is in a fine point.  The Aerometric filler looks very good to me, there is a tiny bit of discolouration to the s sac guard.  The original pliglass sac is still fitted, and still in excellent condition, retaining a little of its original transparency.

The black and white polka-dot paperboard box is also in nice contition; a little surface damage to the lid being the only thing I would mention.  The original instruction sheet is also in the box.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  The nib writes very smoothly with a wet and consistent fine line.
