A very attractive modern Conklin crescent fill pen in excellent and what looks to me to be barely used condition.  I can't see any damage at all on this lovely looking pen.  This pen has a dome-topped cap with a rose gold plated pocket clip mounted by a piece of spring steel, so it has a lot of movement potential for slipping on a heavier fabric, and it will grip said fabric very well indeed.  "Conklin" is imprinted at the clip's shoulder.  Both cap and barrel are made from jet black resin with some lovely vintage-inspired machine engraving in the form of repeating hatched wavy hoops.  The cap has a wide rose gold plated band with the "Conklin" and "Mark Twain" imprint that has a black enamel infill.  The cap unscrews to reveal the two-tone steel nib in a medium point.  On the barrel is the rose gold plated filling crescent with its locking ring.   The original box is also in excellent condition with its original guarantee and instructions and, unusually, its original sales dispatch not from 2012.  The paperboard outer slipcase is also still present.
