MS911 Woodgrain Hard Rubber Pencil

Size: Length - 105mm.

A very pretty red and black woodgrain hard rubber pencil that would date from the late 1920s or early 1930s, I would think.  There is no manufacturer's name on it, so I have no idea who made it, but it seems to be of reasonably good quality, and it is in good condition too - the only damage I can see on it is some surface wear and scratches to the barrel. The crown can be twisted to extend the 1.18mm lead - it is an extend only pencil that uses the same mechanism as the Wahl-Eversharp pencils so it may have been made by that company . The pencil uses 1.18mm leads, and I have installed a fresh one into the pencil so it is all ready to go.  The crown has a gold plated ring at the top which is for attaching to a watch chain or chatelaine.  

I have fully serviced this pencil.  It works perfectly.
