This is a very distinctive Parker Insignia ballpoint with a lovely matrte black finish barrel and cap. This pencil is in very good condition. The only damage I can see is a pinprick-sized spot where the black coating has come away. This is hard to spot, but I have taken a close-up photo of that area of the cap. The pocket clip, crown, barrel band, and point are all gold plated. The cap is twisted to extend and retract the writing point. It can be pulled off to allow for the replacement of the standard Parker/G2 style refill. It is currently fitted with what looks like its original refill, and that is still writing very well.
I have fully serviced this pen. It works perfectly.
