A beautiful matte black Parker 88 / Rialto in excellent condition.  This pen has been used but has absolutely no damage that I can find.  A more recent Parker, these pens are of excellent quality and are accomplished writers.  The cap has a glossy black coloured top button with a gold plated band and a gold plated arrow pocket clip.  The "flights" of the arrow are nicely engraved and very long.  The barrel also has a polished black coloured end with a gold plated band and another gold plated band between the barrel and the section.  This band holds the imprint, including the date code for the year 2000.  The nib is a very nice gold plated Parker in a medium point.  The barrel unscrews to accept standard Parker ink cartridges, or you can use the original Parker ink converter that is already fitted into the pen.  The original box is also in great shape.It has a lovely flocked grey interior, and the outer slipcase is also still present, though this does show noticeable surface wearl.  

I have fully serviced this pen.  The nib is very smooth and lays down a wet, consistent and medium width line.

A very well designed pen with excellent balance and feel.
