A very nice large sized M805 in old-stock condition  This pen has been dipped once to get the writing sample below and has otherwise sat in its original packaging in my storeroom since I purchased it from Pelikan.  The M805 is the rhodium-trimmed version of the M800.  The cap has the famous Pelikan logo at the end etched in silver into the glossy black top "jewel", and with a rhodium plated pelican beak pocket clip and twin rhodium plated cap band.  The wider band at the lip bears the pen's imprint.  The blind cap at the end of the barrel is twisted to operate the piston filling mechanism.  The nib is huge and is made from 18ct solid gold, which has been rhodium plated.   The barrel is made from lovely glossy black resin with a translucent "window" at the forward end so you can see how much ink you have left.   The original box is also in lovely condition and includes a white leatherette pouch to keep your pen in tip-top condition when not in use.  Below the pad in the box is the original instruction/guarantee booklet.  The white card outer slipcase is also still present.
