VN033 Varuna Acrylic Eyedropper (Fine to Medium)

During the late 1990s and early 2000s I was approached by an Indian pen manufacturer to see if I wanted to stock their pens. This Varuna Acrylic Eyedropper pen was one of the samples they sent me at this time. As far as I know, this pen never went into full production; instead, they re-designed it as a cartridge/converter/eyedropper using JoWo No. 6 nib units. This pen, then, remains unitque as far as I can ascertain. I have never used it. It has a flat top and barrel end. The cap bears a gold plated pocket clip. This example is in the green/black swirl finish. Barrel, cap, and section cap are made from acrylic resin.
This pen is fitted with a fine point Wality nib and a black ebonite feed.
