During the late 1990s and early 2000s I was approached by an Indian pen manufacturer to see if I wanted to stock their pens. This Varuna Ebonite ballpoint pen was one of the samples they sent me at this time. Despite being made almost entirely of marbled Ebonite, its silhouette and general shape and size are very similar to a Parker 51. It has a cap top "jewel", holding on the washer-style pocket clip. This is gold plated with "CRUISER" imprinted down the stem. The pen has never been used. The cap unsccrews and will post on the end of the barrel. The pen takes the standard Parker style G2 refills. This one is fitted with a Schmidt P900 in black.
