WA733 Waterman C/F Rollerball
WA733 Waterman C/F Rollerball
Date: c 1970s
Size: Capped - 135mm; posted - 148mm.
A beautiful bright silver plated C/F rollerball, with fine-line decoration. I would date this item to probably the late 1970s. It is still, as far as I can tell, in excellent and undamaged condition. The top of the cap slants towards the front and wraps over to form the pocket clip. The pocket clip is of the pierced type and is rhodium plated. The barrel has a rhodium plated end. It unscrews to allow the fitting of a standard Waterman rollerball refill. There is an imprint around the cap lip and also around the top rim of the barrel. It says "Placque Argent", and "Made in France".
I have fully serviced this pen. It works perfectly. A very early rollerball.
